I don't think so, the 3rd photo was elusive and only was posted two times online, it's buried within the virtual wonderland called the internet.
Was there a 4th picture too along woth the 3rd one?
It's odd, because I know of three that were taken, but I also remember 5 pictures, could be false memory, or I'm starting to remember more things.

Some person remembered that they saw this picture on /b/ by some girl (no, it's NOT Katy Robinson) that posted her own picture asking if she was pretty. One person photoshopped it in response saying, "Now you are", and others were messing around with the pic, making more facial expressions of the girl.
This was before/around early 2005; not trying to expose you, but we cannot find the original, and the unedited image, the unedited image that you mentioned (the red substance around the eyes and the smaller mouth) was posted later on Pya.cc around September 2005. People on 4chan claimed to have seen this image earlier.
The two pictures were saved, but one of the other pictures were lost. but one person on 4chan found another photoshopped version of the girl (Jeff):

Oh and another thing I noticed is that if you translate the original uploaders name to English the username is 情報:マルホランド様 (Mr. Mulholland) does that name mean anything to you? And the other edited photo uploaded months later the username translated is 情報:マルホランド様 (Mr. Omega Volt) I find it weird that they are both Mr. something does this mean anything I tried researching the names but couldn't come up with anything. Yeah, 2005 was the day the mask was on and then the second being photoshopped, it was originally nameless till I saw it again on Encyclopedia Dramatica in 2008 and decided to use it and call it Jeff the killer, because it seemed like it was getting traction and it being on a well known site, thus I decided to see if it can be a popular internet pic, in 2011 he became very known, I felt like a movie star, despite my face being hidden behind that mask.
